Ashland Johnson is the founder and president of The Inclusion Playbook, a sports impact consultancy. An attorney, equity and inclusion strategist and former Division I athlete, Ashland has over a decade of civil rights experience working with social justice communities, advising sports leaders and serving in leadership roles in advocacy organizations.

Adriana Leigh

Founder and Principal Consultant, ALG Consulting

Adriana Leigh (she/her/hers) brings 19+ years of diverse global experience as a workplace human rights lawyer and facilitator in gender equality, sexual harassment, and gender-based violence prevention and diversity and inclusion. Trilingual in English, French and Spanish, Adriana leverages her well-rounded background to support organizations to build harassment-free, inclusive environments and relations through training, policy development, coaching, thought leadership and knowledge building and sharing.

Camille Dundas is the co-founder of ByBlacks.com, public speaker and corporate DEI consultant. An intersectionality expert, she puts a specific emphasis on the idea that effective diversity work must go beyond gender. Camille’s approach is heavily rooted in explaining what allyship looks like and giving tangible steps to transforming how teams understand how this plays out in the workplace.

Brian McDougall is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of front-line experience. Before founding Kindred People, he served as Senior Director of People and Culture at Mazda Canada, where he helped lead the company to seven consecutive GTA Top Employer awards. Known for his practical, people-first approach, Brian focuses on solutions that are both impactful and realistic to implement. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). Throughout his career, he’s been committed to building healthy, motivated workplaces—most notably by redesigning HR systems to drive employee engagement and performance.

As the Principal consultant at Divonify, she provides equity diversity and inclusion (EDI) training to organizations, companies and individuals.

Brian Carwana

Executive Director, Encounter World Religions

Brian has a PhD from the University of Toronto and has spent twenty years at Encounter delivering engaging programming to workplaces, schools, and organizations to increase religious literacy in our communities. An Associate of the Canadian Centre of Diversity and Inclusion, he is honoured to work with leaders and staff in government, health care, police, manufacturing, high-tech, and service sectors.

Jennifer Porritt

Jennifer Porritt, founder and principal consultant at JP Consulting, brings over 25 years of experience in human resources and training. She’s passionate about helping leaders grow and organizations thrive. Jenn holds a master’s certificate in organizational development from the Schulich School of Business, along with CHRL and CTDP designations, and multiple facilitator certifications including Dare to Lead and Crucial Conversations. She grew her career at Wilfrid Laurier University and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and has led hundreds of training initiatives and empowered over 5,000 individuals.

Crista Renner has dedicated nearly 20 years to assisting organizations in cultivating resilient, conflict-competent teams that promote trust, inclusivity, and innovation. She brings C-suite experience and has collaborated with start-ups at Velocity and The Problem Lab at the University of Waterloo, as well as progressive leaders at Ivey Business School’s Innovation North. Currently, Crista is a Partner with Unspeakable and was a former co-founder of Juice Inc., a company devoted to helping people have better conversations at work. She combines her extensive expertise in conflict transformation with a strong commitment to community impact, aiding non-profits in addressing complex workforce challenges. Crista holds a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Studies, is a Qualified Mediator with an Intercultural designation, and a certified Restorative and Workplace Fairness Practitioner.
